Minimum engagement: 90 daysInvestment: Investment is discussed after an initial conversation to ensure alignment and fit.
Tier 1 is a fractional consulting engagement designed to help growing companies build or stabilize their HR systems and core people processes without the need for a full-time hire.
This offering is best suited for founder-led teams or lean leadership groups that need structure, execution, and clarity as the business scales.
How This Engagement Works
Tier 1 is intentionally scoped to deliver meaningful progress while maintaining clear boundaries.
Support is structured for approximately 40–45 hours per month, averaging 10–12 hours per week. Time is planned and prioritized weekly based on agreed-upon goals and active workstreams.
This is not full-time HR coverage. It is focused, senior-level support designed to move the business forward efficiently.
What’s Included
Within the monthly time commitment, support may include:
HRIS implementation, configuration, or cleanup
Employee data migration and validation
Onboarding workflows and system setup
Core HR policies and documentation
Alignment between HR systems and business operations
Biweekly leadership calls
Ongoing email support related to active initiatives
Work is phased and reviewed regularly to ensure steady progress and alignment.
What Tier 1 Is Not
To maintain clarity, Tier 1 does not include:
Full-time or daily HR coverage
On-demand employee relations handling
Unlimited ad-hoc requests
Acting as an internal HR department
If needs expand beyond this scope, we will reassess and recommend a project-based engagement, interim HR support, or a Tier 2 partnership.
Why a 90-Day Minimum
Building or stabilizing HR systems takes time. A minimum 90-day engagement allows for proper assessment, implementation, and handoff so systems are built correctly and sustainably.
-
Ideal for companies with 51–100 employees
Minimum engagement: 4 months
Investment: Investment is discussed after an initial conversation to ensure alignment and fit.Tier 2 is a fractional consulting engagement for organizations that have foundational HR systems in place but are experiencing increased complexity as they grow.
This offering is designed for leadership teams that need senior-level people operations guidance to navigate employee relations, performance concerns, compliance considerations, and scaling challenges without adding a full-time HR leader.
How This Engagement Works
Tier 2 provides consistent, leadership-level support with clear boundaries and expectations.
Support is structured for approximately 55–60 hours per month (about 12–15 hours per week), planned and prioritized based on active initiatives, leadership needs, and ongoing people-related matters.
This is not day-to-day HR administration. It is focused, senior-level people operations support to help leadership make sound decisions as the organization scales.
What’s Included
Within the monthly time commitment, support may include:
Employee relations guidance for leadership
Performance management and corrective action support
Guidance on investigations, terminations, and sensitive people matters
Oversight and refinement of people operations processes
Review and optimization of HR systems and workflows
Compliance guidance and risk mitigation support
Advisory support for leadership on people-related decisions
Regular leadership check-ins and ongoing communication
Work is prioritized and reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
What Tier 2 Is Not
To maintain clarity, Tier 2 does not include:
Full-time HR leadership or daily HR management
Manager training programs or leadership development facilitation
Recruiting or sourcing support
Administrative or task-based HR execution
Acting as an internal HR department
If needs expand beyond this scope, we reassess and may recommend project-based work, interim support, or a different engagement structure.
Why a 4-Month Minimum
People operations challenges at this stage require consistency, context, and time to address effectively. A four-month minimum allows for continuity, informed decision-making, and measurable progress as the organization navigates growth.
-
Not every company needs a fractional partner. Some need focused support to solve a specific problem, clean something up, or move a project across the finish line.
Our project-based engagements provide senior-level execution without a long-term commitment. These engagements are clearly scoped, time-bound, and outcome-driven.
Examples of project-based work include:
HR audits and compliance reviews
HRIS selection, implementation, or cleanup
Employee handbook creation or policy updates
Onboarding process design and documentation
Performance management framework setup
Compensation structure or leveling reviews
Workflow and internal process documentation
Multi-state compliance setup or corrections
Projects are priced based on scope and complexity. Once the work is complete, the engagement concludes unless additional support is requested.
This option is ideal for teams that need progress, not permanence.

We offer select administrative and business operations support for teams that need reliable execution during periods of increased workload or transition.
This support is practical, discreet, and execution-focused. We step in, get the work done, and create order where it’s needed.
Administrative and operations support may include:
Executive and leadership administrative support
Calendar, scheduling, and inbox management
Vendor coordination and documentation
Conference, event, and retreat planning
Business registrations and entity support
Systems organization and backend cleanup
These services may be offered as a standalone engagement or as an add-on to an existing partnership, based on availability and scope.
Investment is discussed after an initial conversation to ensure alignment and fit.
